Summer Camps

Our international summer camps offer students from around the world—including China, France, the USA, and Spain—a unique opportunity to improve their English while experiencing life in one of the UK’s most historic and inspiring cities. Located in central Cambridge, the programme combines high-quality English tuition with a rich cultural and social experience. Students stay with welcoming local hosts, enjoying home-cooked, nutritious meals and full immersion in British life.

Each camp includes: Daily English lessons tailored to individual levels, visits to Cambridge University colleges and museums. Excursions to London, Oxford, and other major destinations, cultural activities, shopping trips, and local sightseeing. A supportive, friendly environment that encourages learning and connection. Many of our students return year after year, with noticeable progress in both their language skills and confidence.

The combination of academic focus, cultural discovery, and warm hospitality makes our Cambridge summer camps a truly memorable and rewarding experience.

Exploring the Right Fit: School Visits

At Belvoir Education, we believe that finding the right school is one of the most important decisions a family can make — and that it should be based on more than just rankings or reputation. That’s why a central part of our summer camp experience is dedicated to exploring some of the UK’s most prestigious boarding schools through guided tours, informal meet-and-greets, and immersive visits. These carefully curated school visits allow students to gain a true sense of the environment, ethos, and expectations of each institution.

During our most recent summer programme, students had the opportunity to visit a range of top-tier schools, including Brighton College, Cheltenham Ladies’ College, Benenden, St Mary’s Calne, and King’s Canterbury, among others. On each visit, students toured the campuses, interacted with current pupils and staff, and had the chance to ask meaningful questions about academic life, extracurriculars, boarding culture, and more. These insights are invaluable in helping students reflect on where they feel most comfortable, inspired, and supported.

The impact of these visits was immediate and tangible. One student, after spending time at Cheltenham Ladies’ College, felt a strong connection to its academic environment and vibrant community — and subsequently made it her top choice. Another student was drawn to the historic setting and well-rounded ethos of King’s Canterbury, ultimately deciding to pursue admission there. These are just two examples of how meaningful, in-person experiences can shape students’ educational journeys in profound and lasting ways.

Our goal is to empower students to make informed, confident decisions about their future — and our school visit programme is a key part of that mission. Whether a student is at the beginning of their journey or narrowing down final choices, our summer camps offer a unique opportunity to experience the UK education landscape up close, with expert guidance every step of the way.
