首席导师
凭借最近在英国顶级寄宿学校的亲身经历以及来自英国四所顶尖大学的录取通知书（包括杜伦大学的录取通知书），我对学术生活和录取过程有了深刻而实际的了解。
我在疫情封锁期间开始辅导学生，现在每周大约花20个小时辅导日益壮大的在线学生群体。我的学生取得了显著的进步，其中一位来自中国的学生考入了布莱顿学院，其他一些学生则获得了英国顶尖私立学校的录取。
我对教育充满热情，热爱帮助学生提升自信、独立性和学习动力。由于我独特的学习风格，我花费数年时间研究有效的学习技巧。我曾听过思维导图创始人兼心理素养先驱托尼·博赞的讲座，并进行独立研究，如今我将这些研究融入到我的个性化辅导方法中。
今年，我陪同两名中国学生和他们的母亲参观了英国的学校，包括切尔滕纳姆女子学院、舍伯恩女子学校、The Perse 和 The Leys，从而获得了宝贵的见解，了解了家庭的需求以及如何找到合适的学校。我还在瑞士的国际夏令营 ISCM 担任了一名新手辅导员，为 10-12 岁的儿童提供支持，并加深了我对如何与年轻人沟通的理解。
我专攻英语语言文学，在GCSE和A-Level考试中均取得优异成绩（其中课程成绩98%，是我班里最高的）。我还辅导GCSE以下的数学、生物、化学和物理。我的课程安排非常灵活——有些学生更喜欢综合课程（例如，一小时英语课加30分钟生物课），而且我会根据学生的学习风格调整教学方法。
Gavin
Gavin graduated from the University of Bristol with a First-Class Honours Master degree in Aeronautical Engineering. In academia, he was co-author on pioneering research in the Manufacture of Tufted Composite Sandwich Structures, a paper which was presented at the 17th European Conference on Composite Materials. He has a decade’s experience working in the aerospace industry, from Airbus, Cathay Pacific and most recently with the Swire Group. A long-time member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, his work has brought him to different locations within Europe, Asia and the United States.
Gavin’s journey on becoming an education consultant all began from his school days when he aspired to an education in the UK. Seeking external help, he was able to sit entrance exams to state and private primary and secondary schools, passing with distinction and achieving academic scholarships to further study and was awarded the top academia trophy upon graduation. He has a passion to share his deep knowledge and experience to help those in a similar position, realising their potential to study at top UK schools. He primarily teaches STEM subjects and has a proud track record himself of achieving straight A’s in GCSE and A-Levels.
Sophia
Sophia is a Durham University Natural Sciences undergraduate, specialising in Economics and Biology, with a proven record of academic excellence (working towards a First). She combines strong analytical skills with a passion for education, having represented her course as Student Representative and participated in the nationally televised Child Genius competition.Her professional background spans talent recruitment, high-level client care, and international finance internships, equipping her with exceptional communication, organisation, and mentoring abilities. An award-winning STEM researcher (Gold Crest Award), Sophia brings a blend of subject expertise, real-world experience, and personalised teaching to help students excel.
Joba
Joba is a University of Warwick Management undergraduate (First Class) and Analyst at Deloitte, recognised as a Powerlist Top 10 Black Future Leader 2023. He brings a strong mix of academic excellence, professional insight, and tutoring experience, having taught GCSE Chemistry and Biology with proven success in supporting student achievement. With internships at Rothschild & Co, L’Oréal, and Deloitte’s Tax Consulting division, Joba has honed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills that translate seamlessly into mentoring and personalised academic support. Shortlisted for the Young Economist of the Year award, he combines subject mastery with an ability to inspire and motivate learners.
Yujian
Yujian is a First-Class Economics student at the University of Bath with a strong track record in both academics and leadership. Alongside his studies, he is completing a prestigious Industrial Placement in Private Equity at Proprium Capital Partners, bringing real-world analytical skills into his teaching.As a Lead Peer Mentor at the University of Bath, Yujian has guided fellow students to academic success, making complex concepts clear and approachable. With top grades at A-Level — including A*s in Maths and Economics — and perfect GCSE results, he understands what it takes to excel in exams. His combination of subject mastery, professional experience, and patient, encouraging teaching style helps students gain both confidence and results.
